Shipping policy

Shipping in Hot Weather:

Our orders are packed in a standard cardboard box not an insulated box so we cannot guarantee that items wont melt during transit on hot days. Please understand that if an Ice Packs is used they are only good for 48 hours (unless it’s a 40-degree day). 

Unfortunately, refunds will not be given due to melted items so please consider all of these prior to purchasing.

What you can do to avoid melting:

• Select Express shipping.
• Take note of the estimated shipping days listed on check out.
• If you selected Authority to Leave, make sure someone is around to receive the shipment so it doesn’t sit outside in the sun.
• Check the temperature in your area before shipping. British chocolate can melt at temperatures as low as 26 degrees.
• Place orders at the beginning of the week so they don’t sit in the depot over the weekend.
